Maximum occupancy in and around the property: 6 persons
Parking is available in the lower driveway downhill right to the left of the house
Maximum number of vehicles allowed to be parked at this home is 4
We do not allow parties, gatherings, or loud noise outside after 10pm

Please pick up after your pet outside. There is a designated can for pet waste in the back yard. There is a side fence that is to remain closed. Please check before letting your pet into the back yard.
This is a high bear activity area. Please take all food from your car and back yard into the house. Please do not let your pets stay outside unattended.

Lifting the Cover: flip the cover back on itself over the black bar and flip it back again to the back of the tub
Rinse off in shower before you get in to remove dirt, oils, perfumes, deodorant, etc (it's a hot tub, not a bath tub)
If we are required to drain and refill the water after your departure, you will be charged a $50 drain/refill fee
Check with your doctor if you're pregnant or have a medical condition. Safety first!

Jets: press the jet button once for low, twice for high
Lights: press the lights button for lighting
Swim suits are required. No cutoffs, shorts, or other attire in the hot tub. Only wear clean swimwear
Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times, and should not use the hot tub for more than 10 minutes. Children under 5 may not use the hot tub
Limit your soaking to 15 minute intervals. Using the hot tub for longer could cause dizziness, nausea or fainting

Replace the hot tub cover after each use (to prevent water evaporation) and secure the strap (high winds)
Leave the floating chlorine dispenser in the water (if there are no chlorine tablets inside the dispenser, let us know)
