Please put all trash in the dumpster located one street level uphill or South
Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start
Please log out of all TV streaming services
Please set thermostat to AUTO, 65 heat (September - May)
Please set thermostat to AUTO, 70 cool (June - August)
Please return all furniture to their original locations
Please leave all beds unmade
If you would like to assist the cleaners, they would appreciate starting a load of towels, although this is not required
Please check to see if you've left anything behind. We are happy to ship items missed. We charge $25 for our time plus shipping
Close and lock all windows and doors
