• No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, etc) in cabin. If any cigarette butts are left on or around property and/or the house smells like smoke, a $250 cleaning fee will be applied. Do not throw buts into yard or onto ground. Estes Park is a very dry climate and always a danger. Place butts in a fireproof container outside instead

• No fireworks

• Maximum occupancy in and around the property: 6 persons

• Maximum number of vehicles allowed to be parked at this home is 2

• No parties, outside noise ordinance is 10pm-7am

• No pets or ESA ($250 cleaning fee per animal if on or around property)

• This is a high bear activity area. Please take all food from your car and patio into the house.

• Turn off porch lights before leaving and if not outside at night

• Do not use bleach in laundry or down drains. The cabin is on a septic system and bleach will severely damage the septic

• TV: Smart TV in living room has Dish and internet. Lower-level bedroom Smart TV has internet only

• Exterior cameras onsite

• Snow removal 12–24 hrs after 3"+
