No smoking or vaping in the cabin. Be careful to not ley smoke inside if smoking outside
Dispose of all trash directly in dumpster. If trash is left around property and/or if we detect the smell of smoke inside, a $250 fine will apply
Please pick up after your pets and dispose of their waste in the dumpster by the garage
Pets must be leashed at all times when outside and mut not trespass on neighbors property
No fireworks
Noise ordinance outside is from 10pm to 7am
Maximum occupancy in and around the property: 8 persons (including infants)
Maximum vehicles to be parked outside home: 3 vehicles
Please do not park in lower driveway; owner needs access to the garages
No parties or gatherings as this is a quiet neighborhood
Please turn off outside lights when you are not outside or when you leave the home

Lifting the Cover: flip the cover back on itself over the bar and flip it back again to the back of the tub
Rinse off in shower before you get in to remove dirt, oils, perfumes, deodorant, etc (it's a hot tub, not a bath tub)
If we are required to drain and refill the water after your departure, you will be charged a $50 drain/refill fee
Check with your doctor if you're pregnant or have a medical condition. Safety first!

Swim suits are required. No cutoffs, shorts, or other attire in the hot tub. Only wear clean swimwear
Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times, and should not use the hot tub for more than 10 minutes. Children under 5 may not use the hot tub
Limit your soaking to 15 minute intervals. Using the hot tub for longer could cause dizziness, nausea or fainting

Replace the hot tub cover after each use (to prevent water evaporation) and secure the strap (high winds)
Leave the floating chlorine dispenser in the water (if there are no chlorine tablets inside the dispenser, let us know)
