Departing from Serenity on Fall River

Please turn all thermostats to 65 degrees (this prevents pipes freezing in the winter)

Please take all trash (including bathrooms), to the dumpster located in the parking lot

Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher (including coffee pot if used) and start

Please log out of any TV channels

Please move any furniture/household items back to their original places

Please look around for any personal items missed. We are happy to mail back items if left. We charge $25 for our time plus shipping

Please leave used beds unmade and pullout open. Please leave towels in the bathroom

Close and lock all windows and doors

Check out time is strictly 10am
